Peanut Butter Frosting
- Prep Time: 5 min
- Cook Time: 0 min
- Yield: 2 1/2 cups
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Jif® Peanut Powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk or almond milk
- BEAT butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- ADD powdered sugar, peanut powder and 1 tablespoon milk.
- BEAT on low speed until combined.
- Beat on high, 3 to 5 minutes, adding additional 1 tablespoon milk, gradually, until desired consistency.
